Alan Lucien Øyen - Director/writer/choreographer

Alan Lucien Øyen educated as a dancer in 2001. He worked with Carte Blanche until 2005 when he joined Amanda Millers company Pretty Ugly where he worked one year. Alan has been staging works since 2004 supported by the Norwegian Arts Council. Besides creating work for winter guests, Alan receives commissions from companies in Norway and Abroad. Among companies that have Alan’s work in their repertoire are The Norwegian National Ballet”, Norways National company for Contemporary Dance, Skaanes Dance theatre and Iceland Dance Company. Alan write, direct and choreographs. He has won several awards for his choreographic works.
