Greg Lau is a dancer whose career has moved across stages, screens, and concert halls. Born in Honolulu, Hawai‘i, he trained at Mid-Pacific School of the Arts under Paul Maley before moving to New York City to study at LaGuardia High School and then The Juilliard School under Lawrence Rhodes.

After his first year at Juilliard, Lau joined Nederlands Dans Theater 2 (2013–2016) and went on to NDT1 (2016–2019). In 2019 he joined Crystal Pite’s company Kidd Pivot. His work has also reached into popular culture: he was featured in Doja Cat’s 2021 MTV VMAs performance, and has performed with AMOC* (American Modern Opera Company) in Bobbi Jean Smith’s Broken Theater. In August 2024 he joined S-E-D.
