TIMELAPSE, REMOUNTED WITH ALAN PERFORMING, MARCH & APRIL.
Timelapse opened on October 25th, 2015 at the Oslo Opera House celebrating the passing of the “future date” from the 1985 film Back to the Future. A poetic piece examining the concept of time, looks both to the past and the future of dance, braiding together movement with text in a spectacular set-design by long time winter guests set-designer Åsmund Færavaag.
After a welcomed reception to standing ovations in 2015, we are thrilled to bring back this piece to the main stage of The Norwegian Opera and Ballet. In this years remount premiering March 15th Alan will join this stellar group of dancers and perform the speaking role!
